Return Window & Eligibility
At Gami Fix, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You can return eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Gaming Accessories-Specific Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used gaming headsets and earphones (for hygiene reasons).
- Custom-made or personalized gaming accessories.
- Digital goods, including downloadable content and software.
- Perishable items, such as food or drinks related to gaming.
Return Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be in original, unopened packaging.
- Include all accessories, manuals, and parts.
- Be free from any signs of wear or damage.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Follow the instructions provided to send the item back.
Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return as outlined above, and then place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to the same return conditions and eligibility.
Defective / Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and replace the item at no additional cost to you.
